Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, all orders are shipped using a Tracked & signed for service. Expected International shipping delivery times are: Europe: 3 / 5 working days Rest of the World: 5 / 7 working days

How long will the delivery take?

All orders are shipped Tracked & Signed for within the next working day. Expected delivery times are: UK: Royal Mail Express: 1 / 2 working days. Royal Mail UK Standard: 2 / 5 working days. Europe: Tracked Shipping: 3 / 7 working days. Rest of the World: Tracked Shipping: 5 / 10 working days.

Are all of your items Authentic?

Yes. All items that we sell and will ever sell are 100% Authentic & Genuine.

Are all of your items clean?

Yes. We take pride in ensuring that all of our product is clean, pristine and ready to wear. All items that we sell are thoroughly cleaned to ensure that the garments are as close to new as possible. All measurements are in place to ensure that Covid-19 Guidelines are met and that all garments are steamed to a degree of which eradicates any possibility of transmission of germs and/or bacteria.

Do you sell brand new items?

Most of our inventory pieces are second hand vintage items. However, we do also stock brand new items occasionally which will be clearly stated in the items description.

Do you accept Returns or Refunds?

Due to being a small independent business we cannot accept returns on items that do not fit. However if significant damage or wear are present (that haven't been mentioned in the description) we are happy to discuss your return. Contact: info@col8store.com Buyer must front the return postage via a Tracked delivery service. We cannot be held accountable for any items lost in transit with Royal Mail. We will try our best to resolve the issue and claim a refund from Royal Mail.
