Dispatching Orders:
We dispatch ordered 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 4pm will dispatched the following working day.

All orders are sent via a Tracked & Signed service.
Please see your royal mail tracking number in your confirmation email. Use this to follow orders right to your doorstep.
Due to being a small independent company unfortunately we cannot accept returns for items that do not fit. (Please be sure to check measurements for an assured fit)
Only under very circumstantial cases do we accept returns on products. If you feel like you need to discuss your circumstance please contact for more information.
Buyers must pay costs for return postage. We highly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing when being returned to us.
Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will contact you notifying that we have received the item. If / When the item is approved for a refund, your payment will be returned in 3-5 working days dependant on your payment method.
Customs & Duties
All customers must make themselves aware of the policies of their country’s customs agencies. Col8store is not responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of taxes levied on items shipped.
Any orders that could not be delivered must be taken up with Royal Mail. Once an order is despatched from our offices it becomes the responsibility of Royal Mail. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
